Intimate Brooklyn Brownstone Wedding

Well this took me quite a while to blog! Hayley & Collin’s Brooklyn wedding was the most perfect intimate wedding I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing. Nestled in a Brooklyn brownstone, the ceremony was held in the beautiful backyard adorned with stringing lights and candles. These two have known each other since college, and decided that they wanted to be surrounded by only their closest family and friends. Hayley & Collin added a few personal touches to their wedding day. Hayley, a city planner, created the invites, which was a map of their Brooklyn neighborhood. She also sculpted the cute cake toppers which was modeled after their beloved frenchie Oliver. After the ceremony we hit some of their most favorite spots in Brooklyn, including the park where they take their little frenchie on walks (Oliver had a bog role in this wedding even though he couldn’t be there!). I can’t believe its been only a few short months since this magical wedding!

Jonathan & Grace Romantic Brooklyn Engagement

I finally got around to blogging one of my favorite engagement sessions ever! Jonathan & Grace decided they really wanted to capture their relationship while taking a stroll around Brooklyn,  specifically in some of their favorite places. We started in Prospect Park (you can never go wrong with that place especially in the fall!) one of their favorite bake shops Ovenly, and of course you can't do a shoot in Brooklyn without visiting the beautiful brown stones. Although it was a pretty windy and cold fall day, they totally rocked their session! These two were so incredibly fun to photograph. They constantly joked with each other and told me a little bit about how they met and how they made a long distant relationship work for several years! They recently tied the knot this January! Here's to wishing them a long and happy marriage!
